We help investors unlock the potential of co-living through research, strategy, design and delivery.
Shared living opens new possibilities for the residential market and for urban development — moving beyond traditional ownership and rental toward community-oriented solutions.
We are currently piloting co-living on a small case in an apartment in a historical building, at a major cultural center and transportation hub within Budapest. The target audience is university graduates and young professionals, valuing flexibility, comfort, and community for their medium-term rental.
Each tenant will have their own room and bathroom, fully equipped and ready for move-in with a suitcase. The common areas facilitate hosting guests and organizing joint events.
Inspired by the postmodern architectural heritage of Budapest and Boróka Felső's artworks, the project creates a place that could exist nowhere else.
We create four thoughtfully designed micro-apartments within 20-25 m², connected by shared spaces that encourage everyday interaction and belonging.
Every design decision balances architectural quality with commercial viability — optimizing construction costs while protecting the project's long-term value.
Whether it's a home, a public space, an exhibition, or something entirely new — we'd love to hear about it.
We help you turn it into an experience.
