Who we are

What data we collect, and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, what kind of project you are looking for, a description of it, your approximate budget range, and your timeline.
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it
- FormSubmit relays your form submission to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any host, processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site; loading them discloses your IP address to Google.
We do not sell, share or otherwise disclose your data to anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, and no longer than two years after our last exchange — unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case the data becomes part of that relationship’s records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of its processing, or object to it, and you have the right to data portability. Write to freeform.ourcollective@gmail.com and we will act on it without undue delay.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local supervisory authority.
